E2C Lead Ambassador Blog, May 2023
May wasn’t as busy as usual because I had a week off towards the end of the month in Great Yarmouth which was very enjoyable, however below are some the events and activities I took part in.
3rd May
On the 3rd May 2023 Dr Elisa Vigna, Andrea Meek from the National Centre for Mental Health and I co presented a Neurodiversity training course to Professor Sally Holland along with the lecturers and tutors of the SOCSI (School of Social Sciences).
16th May
On the 16th May 2023 Dr Elisa Vigna, Andrea Meek and I presented the lates project statistics in North Wales to people from a range of organisations across the north. Many thanks to Kim Killow who works for the North Wales Together team for organising this meeting and for asking us to present to them.
17th May
On the 17th May 2023, I was asked by my Engage to Change Project Manager to be filmed introducing the projects Legacy film. Our project Communications Consultant, Daniel Broderick also did a voiceover for the video, so watch this space!
On the 12th June 2023, I’ll be attending the Welsh Government Disability Rights Taskforce Employment and Income Working Group and I’ll give you feedback on this in my June blog.
